The Ordinary Day I Almost Lost
I once thought an ordinary day was simply ordinary—until I almost had no more days.
Surviving a massive heart attack changed how I see life. Waking up, sharing coffee, praying, laughing, resting, and breathing all feel sacred now.
Living awake means being present for the life I’ve been given, caring for my body, loving intentionally, and noticing God in moments I once hurried past.
I’m still learning, but each morning offers the same invitation:
You are here. Live this day.
An ordinary day is never ordinary at all.
What ordinary moment are you grateful for today?
Grace and peace,
